United States Customers – Book Orders
Regardless of the total amount of your order, if your order contains more than two books, we will add $2 per book when we process your order at our order desk. Because we must calculate this charge manually, it will not appear in your order total on the Checkout page. When we process your order, we will send you an order-confirmation email that includes your total charges, including shipping.
Gemstones and books may be shipped separately.
International Customers – Customs and Tracking
Customs and Other Fees
We are required to include a declaration of each package’s purchase value on the outside shipping label. Before placing your order with us, please refer to your country’s laws, codes, and processes regarding the importation of foreign goods for personal use, and whether taxes, duties, or other fees apply. If taxes, duties, or other fees on foreign goods received in your country apply, payment of those fees is the customer’s sole responsibility.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs-related delays. Please contact us if you have not received your order after 10 days from the date it was shipped. Our delivery dates are estimates; actual times depend on how long the package takes to pass through customs. Please note that these delivery estimates include only business days, and major holidays can result in delays.
Tracking FedEx International Orders
Please note that we can track FedEx International orders only to the point where the package has reached your country’s customs agency.
