Chapter 19

Leopardskin Jasper: Attracting Beneficial Influences

The path was rocky and steep. I was glad we didn't have to walk far before the Guardian of Sodalight pointed out the narrow opening of a cave. 

As soon as we squeezed through the entrance, the passage widened and the sunlight disappeared. I wondered what, if anything, would light the path, since we carried no lamp. My answer came when, in the darkness, the deep blue glow surrounding Sodalight's body became more evident. It gave us just enough light to see by if we kept close behind him.

We followed the passageway downward for about fifty yards until we entered a large, bone-dry cavern. Sodalight's voice echoed as he spoke: "We have entered one of the Earth's major deposits of Leopardskin Jasper. Feel its energy. You probably haven't experienced anything like this."

I opened all my senses to Leopardskin Jasper's energy. I can only describe it as grounding and earthy. Then I felt a swirling cloud of this energy collect in an area about three feet in front of me. The cloud was several yards in diameter. I knew that if I walked into this whirl of energy, I would be able to speak the words that flowed from the heart of the Guardian of Leopardskin Jasper.

I stepped into the whirl and entered the most unusual state of consciousness I had ever experienced. I felt like I had become the Earth itself. If I placed my attention on a specific geographic location, I knew everything the Earth knew about that place. I was aware of the Earth's nervous system sending messages to each part of the planet through a network of Leopardskin Jasper. Then I felt the responses to these messages returning to my heart. They carried reports on the energetic changes that had recently occurred in various places.  

As I wondered whether this Leopardskin Jasper network spanned the entire planet, the swirling energy began forming words, and I felt compelled to speak.

I am like the planet's nervous system: I collect information from within the planet and from its surface. I learn what the planet needs to maintain global balance, and then I work to fulfill those needs. 

When I receive information that some part of the Earth requires a change, I determine what the Earth requires to restore balance in that area. Then I send magnetic impulses to other gemstones or earthstones telling them what must be done. It is their role to initiate and direct whatever changes are required.

I have a direct line of communication with the Guardian of the Earth. I also act as a repository, reservoir, and regulator for the millions of different influences, vibratory rates, and energy flows within the Earth and between the Earth and its atmosphere.

I do not need to cover the Earth completely to know what is happening within every part of it; I only need to be in certain strategic locations. The strategic location on the human being is the neck. When I encircle the neck, I can touch the whole aura and get to know the entire person. This is somewhat similar to the way I get to know the entire Earth, even when I am located in only a few key places. When a strand of Leopardskin Jasper spheres is worn, the energy contained in the spheres flows into the aura, where it captures information; then the energy returns to the spheres. In this way I learn the wearer's needs. 

In the Earth, my magnetic impulses draw what is needed to balance certain areas of the planet. When I am worn by a human being, my vibratory rate amplifies my wearer's needs so that whatever is required to achieve greater balance will be drawn to that person. 

When I express a planetary need to another earthstone, that earthstone works to define the need more clearly and to determine a possible way to satisfy it. I cannot tell you how this mechanism works in people, because I don't understand all aspects of the human being. However, I have noticed a parallel between a human being and the planet in this respect. I know that for both the Earth and the human being, I move the need and the force that will fulfill it closer and closer together.

When Leopardskin Jasper is cut into spherical form, circular patterns appear on the spheres. My magnetic impulses emanate from these circles. The circles are like control knobs. When they read an aura and identify its needs, they can judge what is a true need and what is an artificial one. An example of an artificial need is a child's "need" to have ice cream for dessert. The child's true need might really be for an apple. Similarly, when a certain imbalance occurs in the planet, the surrounding area might think it needs what I shall call "ten points" of compensation to restore its balance. From a global viewpoint, however, the true need might be only three points of compensation. 

The more circles apparent on my spheres, the stronger and more effective the spheres will be in amplifying what is needed by the individual. A greater number of circles also increases my ability to discriminate between true and artificial needs. This is one reason why the more or larger spheres an individual wears, the more powerful are my effects, as long as the spheres contain circles.

Regulating Energies

One word that characterizes my effects is “regulation.” In essence, I am a regulator of energies. I know that to sustain life, all living things must be regulated with extreme precision. I also know that every part of a living organism depends on every other part. If one part suffers an imbalance, other parts will be affected. 

Thus, one organ would not be in distress if another part of the body weren't also out of balance. The human body is similar to the Earth in this way. Earthquakes, certain weather patterns, and other natural events occur because something has happened to upset the balance. These events are manifestations of the Earth's striving to reestablish balance. 

Part of my mission is to maintain global balance by regulating the planet's energies. For example, if an earthquake creates an imbalance in a certain area, I help to restore balance there through my regulating effects. 

When I am worn around a human being's neck, I bring greater balance and regulation to the physical body as a whole. I do this by highlighting the area of greatest need. This highlighting helps the body draw whatever vibratory rate it needs to help restore balance to the area. This vibratory rate and the individual are then magnetically drawn to each together, like the north and south poles of two magnets.

Do not be surprised at what I might help draw to the body. It might be a physician or certain foods or medicines or a book on a new healing method. All these things are just vibratory rates. Yes, a physician with particular knowledge is a vibratory rate, as is a book. Medicines, herbs, fresh mountain air, and a trip to the beach are also distinct vibratory rates. I do not distinguish between vibratory rates and the physical forms they take.

I do not remove disease either from the Earth or from human beings. I just help the body draw to itself whatever is needed to correct the imbalance that is being expressed as a disease. I do not take responsibility for what occurs when an individual becomes more balanced as a result of my influence. My responsibility is simply to bring the physical body and what it needs closer to each other. 

Despite their similarities, each Earth human is unique. This is why a human body will sometimes reject an organ transplant from another human being. When a body rejects an organ transplant, it's because the vibratory rate of the organ donor is too different from that of the recipient; or, more specifically, the regulatory mechanism of the recipient is too different from that of the donated organ. When this is the case, the organ will not be able to live in the recipient's body, and the body will reject it.

If a human being wears Leopardskin Jasper spheres long enough, that person's overall regulatory mechanism will become more defined and specific. It will also become strong. As a result, the individual's personal magnetism and individuality will increase. The definition of who that person is will become more specific. Therefore, those who wear Leopardskin Jasper almost continually are not good organ donor candidates. Their organs become less adaptable to the regulatory mechanisms of other people's bodies.

Attracting and Repelling

As the person wearing Leopardskin Jasper becomes more self-defined, individuals from this planet or other planets who have dishonorable intentions will be magnetically repelled by the person wearing the Leopardskin. Just as I can attract that which is harmonious, I can also repel that which is disharmonious. The more Leopardskin Jasper worn, the stronger the repelling force will be. Still, it may take many months of continually wearing Leopardskin Jasper before this force becomes strong enough to repel others.

Leopardskin Jasper can assist people who constantly attract disharmony into their lives by helping them to attract sources of greater harmony and to repel the negative influences that create disharmony. 

With or without Leopardskin Jasper, life continually strives to achieve a state of balance. This is reflected, consciously or unconsciously, in every action a person takes. People who continually attract disharmony often tend to overcompensate in their attempts to achieve balance. They swing too far in the opposite direction, thus further upsetting their own balance.  

Such a tendency is reminiscent of a child who thinks he needs ten cookies when, in reality, two will suffice and ten may give him a stomachache. Leopardskin Jasper can help convince the child or the adult that two cookies are sufficient. It will do this by drawing only those two cookies into his or her life. Also, if people have set up circumstances which continually attract the other eight cookies, Leopardskin can help repel these elements of overcompensation as well as other negative influences.  

However, if the individual resists the positive influence I initiate and insists on opening the door to negative influences and inviting them in, there is nothing I can do to repel them. This is true even when the resistance is unconscious. One must remember that mental energy is much stronger than physical energy. My work is focused on the physical. Yet--and this is not meant to be confusing or paradoxical--when I touch the aura, I can help attract what is needed and help repel what is not needed by the mind and emotions. However, I do this only as these needs relate to the physical body.

As I get to know people's auras, I get to know people better than they know themselves. I get to know their needs better than they do. I know what influences are most harmful to them. Sometimes people enjoy the influences that harm them and are unwilling to deflect them. In other words, they are not ready or willing to accept the gifts of Leopardskin Jasper.

I work powerfully for the Earth, because the Earth is one hundred percent willing to work with me. Likewise, I can be a powerful tool for human beings when they are one hundred percent willing to make the changes or to accept the influences I help attract. If people wear Leopardskin Jasper, I will bring the vibratory rates they need into their lives. These vibratory rates are like gifts. I cannot tell people to accept them. 

My mission for the planet has been and always will be as I have described. People may find other applications as they begin to understand Leopardskin Jasper and the way it affects people when it is fashioned into spheres. That is the nature of human beings: to experiment, to explore, and to expand their awareness. It is for this reason that people have earned the right to become aware of the effects of the spherical form. 

You are alive because of two spheres: the sun and the Earth. Doesn't it make sense that if you fashion life-giving substances, such as gemstones, into spheres, that you will gain additional life from them? Isn't that obvious? Perhaps it is not so obvious to everyone--yet. It took many centuries before people all over the planet came to understand that the Earth revolved around the sun. These days people think, "Of course, the Earth revolves around the sun. How obvious."

At the far side of this cavern, you will find a passageway that leads to a different network of caverns. There you will meet the Guardian of the earthstone you call Poppy Jasper. 

Before you leave, I want you to know that this discourse was an important part of my work. Now you have the opportunity to understand more clearly the mission and effects of Leopardskin Jasper without having to endure many years of trial and error. Now you have a direction to follow to increase your understanding of the possible effects of Leopardskin Jasper on both human beings and animals. Indeed, animals may experience greater effects than human beings when they wear Leopardskin because their minds won't get in their way. Their minds don't constantly tell them that they need ice cream instead of apples. 

"Thank you for sharing this information," said Michael.

It is my duty.

I was suddenly ejected from the swirling energy. It did not surprise me, since it is apparently Leopardskin Jasper's nature to repel that which is no longer needed. To my right I saw the blue glow of the Guardian of Sodalight. He began to move silently toward the other end of the cavern. There he entered another tunnel, and Michael and I followed. 

This time the path was relatively level, but the passageway was small and narrow and required some crawling to move through. Luckily, the spirit of adventure squelched any feelings of claustrophobia I might have had. 

Finally, the tunnel opened into a large cave filled with stalactites and stalagmites. Water dripped uncontrollably from the saturated walls and ceilings, making the air extremely damp. We began to wind our way through the tall stone formations. Somewhere in this cavern, I knew we would meet the Guardian of Poppy Jasper.
