About Sydney Songer, HWP

Sydney Songer is a Holistic Wellness Practitioner and teacher. She has been working with gemstones in her private practice for over twelve years and has seen the profound effects they can have on the mind, body, and spirit. She was introduced to them by Dr. Sara Hazel, who mentored her on their uses and with whom she has assisted in teaching educational seminars to practitioners and physicians for clinical gemstone applications.

Sydney has worked in the healthcare field for 18 years and with holistic therapies for over 14. Her experience ranges from emergency response, facility management, hospice care, geriatric care, and post-op recovery to developmental disabilities and everything in between. Her experiences working in traditional healthcare led to her pursuit in learning a vast array of holistic therapies to bring more beneficial healing modalities to her patients and students. She founded her private practice, Inner Sage Wellness, in 2011 and has specialized in using various forms of emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic therapeutic techniques to treat a range of issues, including but not limited to PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias, pain management, digestive issues, insomnia, and many more. Gemstones have played a vital role in the success of her treatments and remain one of her most powerful tools. 

Sydney is certified as a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Transformational Life Coach, Reiki Master, NLP Specialist, and Gemstone Energy Healer. She has been adjunct faculty at the Southwest Institute of Arts in Arizona for 10 years teaching various therapeutic classes in the Spiritual Studies Department.
