Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders will be processed and shipped within one to four business days, regardless of shipping method. Note that we are not open on weekends and certain holidays.
Quoted transit times are based on normal delivery times for a given carrier. Gemisphere is not responsible for carrier delays that result from weather or other unforeseen events that may affect the carrier's schedule.
International Orders

Please contact us if you have not received your international order after 10 days from the date it was shipped. Please note that delivery times for international orders depend in part on how long the package takes to pass through local customs.
Customs and Other Fees
We are required to include a declaration of each package’s purchase value on the outside shipping label of international orders. Before placing your order with us, please refer to your country’s laws, codes, and processes regarding the importation of foreign goods for personal use, and whether taxes, duties, or other fees apply. If taxes, duties, or other fees on foreign goods received in your country apply, payment of those fees is the customer’s sole responsibility. Failure to pay your import charges will result in delayed delivery and the eventual return of the package by the carrier to Gemisphere. Your order will be returned and refunded less any import fees Gemisphere is charged on your behalf.
