As a member of our Rewards program, you will earn store credit for every purchase you make, which you can redeem for future purchases. You will also earn credit for your successful referrals to friends and for simply having a birthday! Based on your Rewards tier, you may also receive exclusive offers, early access to new products, and other benefits.
Yes, our Rewards program is completely free to join. There are no membership fees or hidden costs. It's just our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer!
Joining is quick and easy! Simply create an account on our website and opt into the Gemisphere Rewards program. You will automatically receive a $10 credit and begin earning credits with your next purchase. You earn store credits by making Gemisphere purchases and referring friends. Higher tiers earn higher percentages on purchases. For example, if you are in the Seeker tier, you earn 5% credit for every $1 you spend; in the Enthusiast tier, you earn 10% credit for every $1 you spend; and in the Luminary tier, you earn 15% for every $1 you spend. See above for more ways to earn credit and level up your rewards.
Make sure you are logged into your account when making a purchase. You will see an option to apply store credit to your order at checkout.Â
Your credit balance is always displayed on your account page. Simply log in to see your credits and activity history.
Credits will expire one calendar year after they are activated in your account. You can see your current credit total on your account page.
If you return a purchase, the store credit you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Credits cannot be earned for purchases made prior to joining our Rewards program.Â
However, your tier status is determined by your lifetime purchase amount. For example, if you have spent $5,000 or more since your first Gemisphere order, you are eligible for the Enthusiast tier; if you have spent $10,000 or more, you are eligible for the Luminary tier. Higher tiers earn higher credit percentages and receive other exclusive benefits. If you don’t see the correct tier in your Rewards account, please reach out to us and we’ll make sure to put you in the correct tier.Â
