At Gemisphere, we believe that investing in high-quality, therapeutic gemstones should align perfectly with your personal financial journey. To make our gems as accessible as possible, we are proud to offer a flexible, completely interest-free, in-house layaway program.

Whether you are securing a classic favorite or a rare, one-of-a-kind item before it sells out, our layaway program allows you to pace your payments comfortably.

Program Details

• Eligibility: Available for all orders over $150.

• Completely Interest-Free: We never charge interest, hidden fees, or administrative costs.

• Standard Plan: A 25% down payment secures your items. The remaining balance is split into three (3) additional equal monthly payments.

• High-Ticket Plan ($1,500+): For orders over $1,500, we gladly extend your payment window up to six (6) months to make your acquisition seamless.

• Fast Shipping: Your therapeutic gemstones will be lovingly packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days following successful receipt of your final layaway payment.

How to Start Your Layaway Plan

Because this program is managed directly and personally by our team, it cannot be processed through our standard online checkout. To secure your gemstones:

1. Browse our collection and note the exact gemstones you wish to purchase.

2. Give our customer service team a call directly at 800-727-8877 to set up your plan.

3. We will manually create your order and securely process your 25% down payment over the phone and remove your items from our public inventory. 

4. For each subsequent monthly payment, a secure digital invoice will be emailed straight to you. You can easily click to pay online via the email link, or you can call us to process the payment over the phone.

Cancellation and Non-Payment Policies

Because we specialize in highly limited inventory and unique, one-of-a-kind gemstones, placing an item on layaway removes it from the store and ensures no other customer can purchase it. Because of this, we enforce the following cancellation and default policies:

• The 10% Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your gemstones, a minimum 10% of your total order value serves as a non-refundable deposit from day one. While your initial payment must be at least 25% to start the plan, only the first 10% of the total order value is completely non-refundable. Any additional funds paid upfront or over time are fully protected. (Note: You are always welcome to pay more than the required 25% down payment if you wish to lower your future monthly installments).

• Voluntary Cancellations (At Any Time): If you choose to cancel your layaway plan before it is completed, you will receive a full cash refund of all monthly installments paid to date, less the 10% non-refundable order deposit. 

• Non-Payment Policy (Overdue by 30+ Days): If a monthly payment is overdue by more than 30 days, we will make multiple attempts to contact you via phone and email to resolve the balance or adjust your timeline. If we cannot reach you and receive no response after 30 days of delinquency, the layaway agreement will be cancelled. The items will be returned to our inventory, and you will be issued a refund of your payments made to date, less the 10% non-refundable order deposit.
