You may use one of our two Layaway Programs to purchase any gemstones in stock.
ONLINE ORDERS ONLY
PayPal Credit: For orders totaling $99 or more, choose this option when you log into your PayPal account to pay for your order. You’ll receive 6 months of no-interest financing, paid directly to PayPal. This option is subject to credit approval and carries no additional fee. Your gemstones will ship right away, with no layaway delay.
Laybuy: When you select this option during checkout, you’ll be directed to the Laybuy website to complete your purchase through PayPal. Your credit card will be charged 25% of your total purchase now and then the same amount for three consecutive months. We will ship the items you placed on layaway immediately upon receipt of your final payment. An administrative fee equal to 1.9% of your total purchase will be added to your final transaction total.
If a payment is missed, the Laybuy system will automatically attempt payment again in five days. If payment is not accepted on the second attempt, Laybuy may cancel the order and refund the payments made minus the 1.9% administrative fee.
Note: Laybuy and PayPal Credit are third party payment plans. Any questions about new or existing payment plans should be directed to Laybuy and PayPal.
Returns and Exchanges
Gemisphere offers a 90-day warranty on all necklaces. If a necklace should break during this period, return it to us and we will restring it at no charge unless breakage is due to the wearer’s mismanagement.
Gemisphere will provide a full refund for any unused gemstones returned within 30 days (US) or 45 days (International) of purchase and accompanied by a Return/Exchange Form, the original receipt, and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
To obtain an RMA number, please call a Gemstone Advisor at 800-727-8877.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for gemstones that have been worn or used. Gemstones with fragrance on them will be considered worn and are therefore ineligible for return or exchange. We strongly suggest not trying on gemstones while wearing perfume or scented oils if you are considering returning the item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please note that it can take up to 15 days to process a return.
If you wish to exchange a necklace, and it meets our return criteria (above), we will gladly replace it with another necklace of your choice. When shipping us your necklace for exchange, please include this Return/Exchange Form.
If you wish to make an exchange, please indicate your choice for the replacement on the Return/Exchange Form. As soon as we receive your necklace at our office, we will ship the new necklace to you. If there is a difference between the price of your returned item and the new one you are requesting, we will contact you regarding the payment or credit method you prefer.
Note: Gemisphere reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for multiple returns made by the same customer.

Although we update our website often, it's possible that a necklace you order will have already been sold. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for an alternative that matches your choice as closely as possible.
If an item is listed as sold out, please call us at 800-727-8877 to double-check its availability. It’s possible that our website is not yet displaying an item that we have recently received into stock and is still being inspected and graded for quality. If the item is truly out of stock, you may ask to be placed on our back-order request list to be notified when it is available again. In the meantime, don’t be discouraged! Our search for therapeutic-quality gemstones is ongoing and, in most cases, the wait is short-lived.
Please contact us if you have not received your international order after 10 days from the date it was shipped. Please note that delivery times for international orders depend in part on how long the package takes to pass through customs.
Customs and Other Fees
We are required to include a declaration of each package’s purchase value on the outside shipping label of international orders. Before placing your order with us, please refer to your country’s laws, codes, and processes regarding the importation of foreign goods for personal use, and whether taxes, duties, or other fees apply. If taxes, duties, or other fees on foreign goods received in your country apply, payment of those fees is the customer’s sole responsibility.
Tracking FedEx International Orders
Please note that we can track FedEx International orders only to the point where the package has reached your country’s customs.
When Your Order Will Be Shipped
Processing of all orders (including FedEx orders) takes 2–4 business days before being shipped as we follow heightened Covid-19 safety procedures.

Workshop and Retreat Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your registration to a Gemisphere workshop or retreat, we will issue you a full refund, less a $100 processing fee, provided we receive your request no later than two weeks prior to the first day of the event. After this date, refunds will not be issued. A request to transfer your registration to another workshop or event will be treated as a cancellation.
