Tips for Choosing a Bracelet

Prices are based on a bracelet’s Therapeutic Quality, Gem Size, and Length.

Therapeutic Quality 

(Qualities 1 – 6)

Only the finest quality, pure gems yield the therapeutic results we expect from gemstone energy medicine. The higher a gem’s quality, the more therapeutically powerful it is. Gemisphere’s Quality categories range from 1 to 6, with 6 being the highest quality and therefore the most therapeutically potent. Note that as a gem rises in quality, its potency often increases far more than its price. Going up even one level of quality can deliver many times more therapeutic power.

Gem Size

Next to quality, the most important factor in determining a gemstone’s therapeutic power is mass. Quality being equal, larger gems (8 mm) are more potent than smaller ones (6 mm), because they have more mass. 

Bracelet Length 

Shown in inches (“)

Bracelet length is measured before the bracelet is tied into a circle. When the ends are tied together, the bracelet’s inner circumference becomes smaller than its length. Therefore, to choose the right bracelet length for you, select a length that is slightly larger than your wrist. Specifically, when measuring the circumference of your wrist, add at least ¾ inch for 6 mm bracelets and one inch for 8 mm bracelets. For a looser fit, add slightly more.
