To ensure your complete peace of mind, every genuine product in our store is protected by our 90-Day Structural Warranty.

What is Covered

If a gemstone selection arrives defective, or if it experiences a structural break within 90 days of delivery, we will fully cover the cost of the repair or replacement. This includes:

  • Complimentary Restringing & Structural Repair: If a cord snaps or a clasp component fails under normal wear.

  • Component Replacement: If a gemstone bead arrives broken or fractures due to an inherent structural flaw.

  • Prepaid Shipping: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label so you can return the item to our office at absolutely no cost to you.

What is Not Covered (Proper Gemstone Care)

Our warranty protects entirely against manufacturing defects, but does not cover damage caused by severe physical mishandling or improper care. Therapeutic gemstones are natural elements that must be treated with intention.

The warranty will be voided if a gemstone exhibits signs of egregious treatment or mismanagement, including:

  • Neglecting Care Guidelines: Failing to follow our official care and cleansing directions.

  • Chemical Exposure: Dousing the gemstones in heavy perfumes, body oils, lotions, or harsh cleaning chemicals.

  • Extreme Physical Treatment: Severe physical tugging, pulling, dropping the gemstones onto hard surfaces, or accidentally smacking them against heavy objects (causing cracked or shattered beads).

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

If your selection requires attention within your 90-day window, please follow these simple steps so our workshop team can serve you immediately:

  1. Contact Us: Call our customer service team directly at 800-727-8877 or email us at source@gemisphere.com with your original order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Submit a Photo: If emailing, please attach a clear photograph of the broken gemstone, clasp, or cord so our team can assess the structural needs of your item before it arrives.

  3. Receive Your Shipping Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with a Repair & Return Form.

  4. Ship It Back: Print out the shipping label, fill out the return form completely, and place the form inside your package with your gemstones.

Once your package arrives at our office, our team will lovingly repair, restring, or replace your item and return it to you within with free shipping.
